We are now offering standalone wellbeing consultations and action planning to help you create small changes, try new strategies that are simple to incorporate into your daily routine and improve your mindset and perspective. We will guide you through the process and be on hand to debrief and keep you on track!
During a supportive 60 min health & wellbeing assessment and consultation, we will explore your goals and discuss any lifestyle changes that will lead to improved wellbeing and better balance.
Following your initial appointment, you will receive a written personalised summary and action plan with advice about implementing strategies for success, links to resources and recommended reading
If you find that having support and some accountability is helpful, we also offer regular wellbeing check-ins over the course of a 6 or 12 week programme. Each week/fortnight we will revisit your goal and set stepped targets to build to success. This also includes a review of progress at the end of the programme
